I had some fruit tonight
It felt good
I did some research
And then I stopped
I have too much to focus on to stress about calories and getting my macros right anymore.
Im gonna stop doing keto, I will eat moderate amounts of fruit, more vegetables and stick to meats and eggs etc, but no grains. I like not eating grains.
I will stop counting calories.
I will start IF and not eat breakfast, bc I know I have problems with portion control.
I will still workout and I will be in great shape, physically and mentally. This has been a PSA.

Week 2 Day 4
Weigh-In: 133,4 lbs/ 60,5 kg! alright, waterweight begone!
Had a workout yesterday which was really nice, and I felt like my running really improved.
Today I had half an avocado for breakfast, with 2 fried eggs and 2 strips of bacon;
for snack a few walnuts, mini salamis and - very scandalous - half an apple. It had been tempting me for so long, and I felt so satisfied after eating it :)
for lunch: green beans and turkey steak
and dinner is gonna be chicken, cauliflower and a cream sauce baked with mozzarella!
my macros today: 67/26/7
could be better, but the apple was worth it haha

Week 2 Day 1
Weigh in - I’m back to 134 lbs
but it was my dads birthday yesterday so we went brunching and I had so much food, so I’m gonna blame it on that. I still went to the gym..
Anyways, I’m totally back on track today, had half an avocado, 2 fried eggs, 2 slices of bacon and a few walnuts, and I’m ready for the day!

Week 1 Day 3
I went to the gym today and had an appointment to have my measurements taken there (they have a bodyfat scale) and I have lost 6,5 kg since November, 5 of which are fat!!!!!!!!
They even made me go on a seperate scale because they thought something was wrong with it, but it was absoultely fine, I actually dropped that much weight.
This is going amazing, and I am soooooo close to my next goal weight (only like a pound/half a kilo!!!!).
Gotta build up some muscle now so I can have a nice ass and a flat tummy!

Week 1 Day 1
So since I’m pretty sure I got kicked out of keto last night, Imma just start again.
Today’s weight: 134 lbs / 60.8kg (which is 12.2 kg from my start weight, so still good!)
I think I did.. ok I guess. Went over my carbs but stayed below 30g. Didn’t quite get my macros though, so I tried to do my first ever fat bombs, basically melted butter wit cream cheese, cocoa powder and sweetener.. quite good, maybe even better out of the fridge.
So I guess this will be my fitness blog now!
